xinying own experience

managing stress? 'easy!' some of you may think. bet that these people have not been very stressed before.ok, maybe it is a bit easy, but still. there are many ways for managing stress, and each of us has our own unique way to hang on to 'normal life' as we know it. each of us is different. stress can come in many different forms, like peer pressure, homework, and even from parents and the people around us. we all have our own problems, and we may crumble if the stress overtakes us.
for me, i keep it to myself. i know that it's not healthy, so do not follow please. i keep it to myself because i can get over it fast. i'm giving bad advice over here, so sorry. listening to music is one way of getting rid of stress as it helps you to relax. i like it too, and it really works! the best thing to do is to talk to a reliable person about it. or you can talk to worry dolls, which are little dolls you make and tell all your vexations to.
