What causes stress in teenagers.
Here’s a short list:
- boyfriends
- girlfriends
- poly
- college
- issues at home
- bullying
-Friends (peer pressure)
Many teens prefer to keep things quiet which only leads to more stress and more problems. But do you know that it’s normal to suffer stress occasionally. However, if it’s dominating your life then you really to sit down and work out a plan either by yourself or better still, discuss it with someone who can be very objective. The one thing you don’t want to do is keep bottling it up until you explode like a volcano. That the next few post we will be sharing our own experience about what stress that we faced.
